Do you think that a shredded and a perfectly toned body is enough to make you become better than yesterday? Do you feel having a fit or masculine appearance is enough to make you become the best version of yourself? There is no doubt about the fact that a healthy or a fit body does have a greater role in refining our personality. But at the end, what defines us is our soul and our mental capabilities or we can say our way of perceiving things.

We humans, being the most emotional and sentimental species on the planet do need to have a tight hold on our mental aspects to carve ourselves into a version that we always aspire to be.

Here, I am going to talk about a few not so tiresome steps that can totally help everyone to become the best version of themselves.

“You need to stop pleasing them”

I have seen sometimes people make this habit of pleasing their peers. In reality, it is totally impossible to please and lure every possible humanoid on earth because of their tentative and non-predictive behavior. If you are doing this on regularity, you are losing your self-worth and esteem only. Before evolving into something useful, you need to learn how pleasing isn’t always correct, it is a foul play only that weakens the guard of your emotion’s territory only.

“Do not delay that can be delayed”

We, human creatures, have this simple unproductive habit of putting things for later which is always called “Procrastination”.  We are getting carved into a culture where we are exhausting our soul and body and are dwelling for a state of mind that isn’t ready to look up for things instantaneously.  That habit is only killing our desirability to become effective and quick on our toes. Try this “two-minute rule “therapy, where ask or challenge your mind to do the particular amount of work within the next two minutes. The task can be as simple as rolling your bed sheet or as hard as ironing your shirt perfectly for the meeting.  Challenge your mind and observe that the task was not bothering instead your mind was clogged with bothered thoughts and spirits.

                                                         “Stop being judgmental”

You know what is worse than cuss words, it is the way we judge or criticize others without knowing their true reality. Always presume that everyone is fighting own battles of life and is constantly working hard in some way or other.  You are not going to make a difference in society if you are taking a pledge of judging everyone by thinking that you are doing the needful. Try making the pace with everyone’s individuality and let them be comfortable on their own terms.

                                                    “Fearing what hasn’t taken place”

Do you have a habit of counting the types of failure before taking a foot ahead? Do not fear the process that hasn’t cultivated yet. Do not fear the process of sowing the seeds first. You need to take a step ahead if you really want to welcome the world that is yours. Failure will only teach you and prepare you for the lessons of your life. If you are sure of what you are doing and have this audacity to take those steps no matter what people might think, then just proceed.

                                                         “Negativity is only transient”

It is ok to always calculate the negatives before the positives but it is not ok to be only certain about negatives of everything coming your way. If you are a person who trusts self-abilities and the process, then leave those negative aspects for records and for the purpose of calculation only. Do not let the negativity hail over you and play with your mental peace.

In gist, you can easily provoke yourself to become the best version of yourself, at any point of time. All you have to do is just trust the process and swiftly jump over the hurdles that are webbed in your thought process. Share a few more aspects that you believe are also relevant when the aim is to focus on the version that perfectly reflects you.
